Do come to our Opera Gala at 3 pm on Sunday 13th July at St Mary-the-Virgin Church, West Malling! You will hear some of your favourite arias and songs from well-known operas, and it promises to be an enjoyable and memorable afternoon. The Gala features not only two stars of the opera world, Helen Bailey and Jim Clements, but also St Mary’s own choral scholars and our fabulous young “Treblemakers”, directed by Director of Music Nick Castell. The concert is to raise much needed funds for the Choral Scholarship programme, which continues to encourage and enable young people from the West Malling area to develop their musical skills within the Church of England tradition.
Tickets will be £15 per adult with refreshments included.
